2. Facebook Takes Best Overall in third annual Crunchies Awards. That is three years in a row Facebook won the top prize. Top marks for innovation and growth.

3. Palm Tries To Patent Location Based Serendipity. Palm is applying for a U.S. patent which can notify a mobile device based on proximity. It will be handy when you are within range of a friend and don’t know it.

4. Review of WristOffice mobile device holder. Instead of putting your mobile phone in your pocket or handbag and risk misplacing it or scratching the surface, why not wear it on your wrist? If nothing else, you can keep yourself entertained by admiring your iPhone all day.

5. Have you been informed and entertained by a Ford lately? Ford has upgraded its digital entertainment/information platform. The new version has a speedometer that’s flanked by two LCDs, a touchscreen, and lets you listen to music, get directions and adjust mood lighting in the car.
