Fix SLR Lens On Your iPhone 4

We all know about the superb image quality of iPhone 4 coupled with a state of the art Retina Display but some gadget geeks are obviously not contended.
They want more reach (say you want to take a pic of a monkey high up in the tree), you will need your iPhone 4 to have better zoom ability.
Check out this unique combination of the iPhone 4 and a Zeiss manual focus lens. Yes, a a full size SLR lens attached to your iPhone 4.
While there are no details or pictures taken from this odd combination, I think it is a good start for Apple designers to work on for the next version of their iPhones.

It probably works, but unless there’s some crazy optics in that adapter, the crop factor is probably insane. Assuming that it’s a 50mm lens, it must be somewhere in the neighborhood of 1000mm or maybe even more when attached to the iPhone’s tiny little sensor.
