Panasonic Offers Interchangable 3D Lens For Lumix Cameras

Whether you like it or not, 3D technology is set to be a feature for most gadgets in future.

The competition to add 3D in cameras is heating up. Sony has 3D camcorders and its NEX cameras can shoot 3D panoramics. Now Panasonic is putting out an interchangeable 3D lens for its Lumix G-series mount.

It is a Micro Four Thirds format of cameras which allow you to shoot in 3D glory but you don’t need to spend a fortune to get a whole new kit.

There are not much details yet so I don’t know how the 3D lens will work but it will be available by year end.

With all the big boys catching on to 3D, I think this technology will become cheaply available soon, even with the cost of the glasses and monitors.
