RealMac Courier App Lets You Upload Pics and Videos Easily
Here is a great app for those who frequently uploads videos and photos to Flickr, YouTube, Vimeo, Twitpic or Facebook. With Courier, you save the trouble of logging into each service, searching and uploading files.
Courier is a desktop app that lets you make Envelopes that represent various services, so you can set Vimeo and YouTube as a “videos” upload, and Facebook and Twitter and Twitpic as a “photos” upload.
Or, just mix and match whatever you like.
Once you’ve set the Envelopes, just drag your media onto those envelopes and Courier will automatically upload your files for you, without having to visit their webpages.
Realmac also incorporated extensibility into Courier app, so other services can add uploadability. For example, there is an Amazon S3 plugin that you can use to backup your files to the cloud.
So far, there have been positive reviews on the speed and ease of upload. If you’re a frequent uploader, Courier is for you, at a cost of $20. Considering the time it save you in the long run, it is worth the money.
For me, uploading occasional files means I still go the manual route instead of splashing out the money on this nifty app.
