Use Samsung Galaxy S3 as hotel room key in London Olympics
Samsung is the official sponsor of London Olympics and is making its presence felt by promoting its latest flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy S3 as an indispensable gadget for your hotel room.
The Samsung Galaxy S3 can be used not only as a hotel room key card in Holiday Inn located at Stratford City, London but also to interact with the electronics in the room such as turning on/off the lights, TV, air conditioner and such.
You can even use the phone to access the in-room phone for things like room service or hotel facility booking and finally, the user will be fed with live updates and news from the 2012 London Olympics.
Now, here is a good example of technology taking care of customers needs. If we can control electronic devices with our smartphones, we can save a lot of hassle from too many remote controls and keys.
At the moment, only 40 rooms in the hotel will have such a privilege of testing out the Samsung Galaxy S3 hotel key.
