I have some success with digital products in the past but now it is getting harder. The chances are very slim of arbitraging on ebay items but if you are willing to commit the time, it is possible.

Alternatively, offer to sell something on Ebay with your account and charge them a nominal fee of $1 to cover costs and labor. You won’t get rich but it is a realistic way to earn some money.
