For those who want riches but do not like to work hard, buying lottery offers the best chance. Casinos are another place where immense fortune can be made (or lost) and the odds are slightly higher than a lottery as you can control your destiny within the realm of statistics.
You have to be really good though. I indulge in a game or two at casinos once in a while but I haven’t been to any for a long time, since online casinos are in vogue. If you are new to online gambling, I suggest you use a reliable guide to prevent your money from falling into the wrong hands and loss of your precious time too.
To give you an idea of what I am talking about, consider Gaming Guide. I am put off at first by the red background and cluttered ads on the sidebar. A cleaner and professional layout will certainly attract more serious gamblers. The site placed a host of featured online casinos above the fold and you should check them out first.
At a glance, you can tell what are the bonuses, payouts, and any software required for downloading before you can play the game. You can also read their reviews which are quite detailed in comparing the various features but I was hoping for fresher content - some reviews are dated back in 2006.
If you have gone through the sites and identify your ideal online casino, it is important to check the laws to ensure eligibility as some countries ban online gambling. If I remember correctly, usa online casinos are out of bounds for USA citizens, so it is better to be careful here before you start signing up to any sites.
I heard that eBay has stopped taking new submissions for their affiliate program at commission junction and is starting their own affiliate program from 1st April 2008. You can still make money by registering for the new affiliate program at http://affiliates.ebay.com from 1st April onwards.
eBbay’s official launch is over here.
If everyone agrees with you, it’s a waste of time, so says Mark Cuban, co founder of HD net.
He netted $2 million by selling his company Micro Solutions, to CompuServe. Then in 1995, he pioneered college sports streaming online and spin off Broadcast.com to Yahoo for $5 billion in stock. He sold off the stocks before the bubble burst. And in 2001, he launched all-high-def, all-the-time network HDNet among the early entrants.
This guy knows what he is doing. And with his wealth, he sets the right example to all of us. Don’t follow the crowd!!
There are many reasons why people buy products. But usually, it is to satisfy at least one of two things: wants and needs. This is important if you are in the affiliate marketing business.
Basic human needs usually involves a staple or necessity for survival or safety. Wants are luxuries that we desire. We don’t necessarily need them but we want them. We have an urge to have them.
As an affiliate marketer must be willing to learn more. Certainly, there are still a lot of things to learn and so an affiliate marketer must continue to educate himself so he can improve his marketing strategies.
Many fail to make money because they don’t grow the business. Their mentality is to earn a lot of money quickly and with minimal effort. If you want long-term and highly satisfactory results, take time to learn the ins and outs of the business.
Continue to improve your knowledge especially with the basics in affiliate marketing ranging from advertising to programming, web page development, and search engine optimization techniques.
Likewise, study the needs and wants of your site users and how different merchandisers compete with each other.
Buy something for dirt cheap, less than 99 cents and sell it for $5 to $6. Minus the listing fees, you can still make a good profit. I have some success with digital products in the past but now it is getting harder. The chances are very slim of arbitraging on ebay items but if you are willing to commit the time, it is possible.
Alternatively, offer to sell something on Ebay with your account and charge them a nominal fee of $1 to cover costs and labor. You won’t get rich but it is a realistic way to earn some money.
I see many people engrossed with lottery, gambling and stuff. I agree that the fastest way to make enormous amount of money in the bank with minimal outlay is to buy a $1 lottery ticket.
But chances are very good that the $1 will be gone as the probability of success is stacked too high. I buy lottery but I don’t think this is the right way to get rich.
Must start already… but I haven’t ANY idea on making a living online. Never done it before, so where do I start? The google searches throw up so much information it is daunting.
At first glance, there are certainly many mentors around but they only provide a guide to making money online. Ultimately I have to do all the work by myself, that much is clear.
A colleague once told me that before you start any business, you need a business plan. That applies to online or home-businesses as well.
I will get to thinking tonight and see if I can determine a clear direction for this blog.
A lot has been going on in my life. Am currently working in a seven-to-ten construction job and wants to get out of the daily grind. Many conflicts demand attention, hopefully some are resolved soon.
By writing this blog and examining new ways to make money online, I can keep myself occupied and afloat financially.
